The new normal in the economy for SMEs

OECD is researching how SMEs are adapting in the post-Covid era

Covid-19 consequences have affected whole economies and changed the way of doing business as we know it. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs, being severely affected in multiple dimensions by the pandemic, had to reinvent themselves and find new strategies to cope with a reality that is transforming rapidly.

Business at OECD (BIAC) SME and Entrepreneurship Committee has launched a survey, addressed to entrepreneurs and business owners, to detect how SMEs are adapting to the new challenges permanently changing business practices and to define what is the role of digital tools in such adaptation.

The 10 minutes survey, whose answers will remain confidential, will be used by the Business at OECD team to draft targeted policy messages and recommendations to OECD and governments.
