Economic Outlook for 2023 (published Nov 2022)

This research combines, in a single aggregated prediction, the forecasts of many hundreds of economists from dozens of the world’s most reputable institutions and research centers. The inclusive methodology of EuCham allows to capture extra information and knowledge from diverse backgrounds, as it would be risky to rely on a single or few data providers.

The strongly diversified inputs contribute with insights and knowledge not available for everyone.
This peculiar approach will likely bring the most accurate freely accessible economic forecasts.

EuCham Research data and graphics are provided at no cost, they can be freely used and republished without limitations, just by mentioning the source.
On request, EuCham can create (free of charge) graphics with comparisons between chosen countries of this research.

The Economic Outlook (forecast) produced by EuCham remarkably consolidates and aggregates a multitude of other projections. Synthesising in a single result the different estimates of hundreds of economists and researchers from IMF, World Bank, OECD, EU Commission, European Central Bank, and many other distinct institutions from different continents, it generates a safer prediction structure. Combining and integrating often dissimilar and unassociated views of diverse institutions which may have access to distinct and unofficial information, it aims at calculating the best assessments regarding the upcoming times. The purpose of the new Economic Forecast is to reduce uncertainty about the future, allowing private and public entities to make better decisions and prepare for the time ahead.
