EuCham organised a seminar on sustainable excellence on Tuesday 13 March 2012. The lecturer was a representative of European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
The guest lecturer explained how to improve performance of organisations with learning from each other, with the help of EFQM platform and the Excellence Model which helped more than 30.000 entities worldwide striving for sustainable excellence.
