EuCham accepts applications for internship at its member companies (for minimum 6 month periods) in Budapest, Hungary. International interns are welcome from all over the world. Trainees can work in an increasingly diverse array of industries. They can also expand into other areas of companies’ day-to-day operations, including research, editorial assistance and event coordination. The program allows undergraduate and MBA students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international business, helping to train the next generation of leaders in multilateral business development.
Areas available
• Marketing development for company activities: development of advanced webmarketing activities, including social networks utilization; development of PR activities, integration of web-based PR opportunities; creative activity for advertising and direct mailing; website management
• International development and coordination
• Legal: local and international legal matters coordination
• Legal: international arbitration and conciliation
• Accounting (local and/or international)
• IT and webmaster
• Events organization: regular and special events management, support and promotion
• HR (human resources): employees and interns recruiting, evaluation, managing; development and training courses
• PR & press and communication: press releases and briefings, newsletters, speechwriting, maintaining press archive and contact database, CRM, supporting of organisation of events, communication strategies
Requirements
• University studies (even not finished yet) or any other higher education
• Good spoken and written English (other European languages as extra languages are appreciated)
• PC use knowledge
The typical intern is looking for a professional experience that will either (a) enhance his resume in order to be more competitive for graduate school or the job market or (b) allow the intern to try a new professional field.
